  • Daniel Kaliner

    Daniel Kaliner is a deputy managing director for the Berlin office of Performics. Performics, one of the three largest agencies for search engine and performance marketing in Germany, has offices in Berlin and Düsseldorf. Daniel joined the agency in November 2012 as a strategic and technical consultant and is responsible for the 20-person consulting team, among other things. Previously, the trained business economist successfully established an SEO department as the Head of SEO at Groupon and designed and implemented international SEO for 42 countries. With his SEO expertise, Daniel is also a speaker at industry events.

  • Dr. Kerstin Hoffmann

    Kerstin Hoffmann, PhD., is one of Germany’s top experts, bloggers and book authors in public relations and digital communications. Kerstin holds a PhD in Philosophy and also teaches at Heinrich Heine University (Düsseldorf). Her online magazine „PR-Doktor“ is one of the most read and leading publications about PR and communications. Her latest book was published in 2017, again by renowned Haufe Verlag.

  • Dr. Martell Beck

    Dr. Martell Beck joined the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) in 2012 as Divisional Manager for Marketing and Communication. In 2015, he was promoted to become the Divisional Manager for Sales, Digitisation and Marketing. He is responsible for the company’s revenue of 700 million Euros and in charge of 700 employees. His role involves identifying levers, which increase the revenue developing concepts for digital fares (with focus on distance-based ones) heading the marketing campaign “Weil wir Dich lieben”, and implementing a sales-driven strategy for the entire sales division, including the e-commerce department.

    Martell Beck was born in Heidelberg in 1972. He enrolled in Trier and Mannheim to study economics. He specialised on the field of personnel and labour law, in which he also gained his PhD in 2002.

    In the years 2002 until 2008, Dr. Beck worked for the Deutsche Bahn AG. He joined the company as assistant of the CEO for DB Personenverkehr, was promoted as Project Manager for Strategy and eventually worked his way up to become the Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning.

    Before he joined the BVG, Dr. Beck was Head of Sales and Marketing at the Stuttgarter Straßenbahn AG.

    As Managing Director of fischerAppelt, advertising, Johannes Buzási is responsible for a team of around 50 advertising and communication experts. From the Berlin Wonderland Studios, he drives forward the consolidation and expansion of the creative disciplines. Buzási joined the advertising unit in 2011, following his work as a trainee in strategy consulting and position as assistant to the executive board.

As a part of the Generali Deutschland Group, CosmosDirekt aims for the steady expansion of the digital distribution power. Sabrina is responsible for the strategic expansion of the SEO channel in the online unit (eCosmos). Before dedicating herself to online marketing, she worked successfully in the sales and customer service at CosmosDirekt for many years. This expertise in dealing with customers has often proved to be very helpful and has been incorporated into her daily work as an SEO manager. In addition to maintaining and constantly optimizing the company website, she recently implemented an innovative “Digital Guide” for CosmosDirekt.

    Stephan Heinrich has more thirty years of experience in B2B Sales and works as author, trainer and consultant. His podcast has thousands of professional listeners every week. He launched the Sales group on XING in 2003, which is today one of the largest and most active groups with more than 120,000 members. Stephan Heinrich has already implemented content marketing, long before this term was established. In 2015 he founded his agency the implements professional content mar-keting for medium-sized companies as full service. His clients include international market leaders such as SAP, Hewlett Packard, Mi-crosoft or Lufthansa as well as medium-sized “hidden champions” and young entrepre-neurs. Stephan Heinrich is Vice-President of Club 55 and board member of the German Speakers Association. He was honored with the 2013 International German Speaking Trainer Award.

    Coskun Tuna is co-founder and managing director of Seeding Alliance GmbH, a pioneer in native advertising in Germany. As early as 2013, he and his partner began to develop an ad server solution for native advertising formats, which they have successfully marketed since the release. With over 650 media outlets in its portfolio and 68 million individual users per month, the company has a significant reach in native advertising within the German online advertising market. The company has been part of the Ströer Group since March 2017. Coskun Tuna, also called Josh, has been an entrepreneur in the online industry since 1999.
